The unpolished, imperfect or unkempt edges of the glass has to be smoothened or polished to Temper. We at Matrix Glass Industries make sure that the edges are Tranquil and well-polished and to attain certain smoothness we use the most intelligent, advanced as well as the largest double edger line in India to give the glass an exemplary finish. The auto size and thickness detection table guided with our ERP based systems makes sure that the glass is never off track and the chance for the human errors are mere to zero. The fully forced convection system allows to make Low-e glass with emissivity as low as 0.01 making it one of the finest machines in India. Insulated glass line at Matrix Glass Industries is fully automatic line where the glass is again seamlessly washed and pressed with a aluminum spacer in between. It is also equipped with auto butyl machine which makes sure that the spacer gets equal parts of butyl on every inch. The spacer cutting machine which makes sure that the aluminum spacer is cut perfectly as per the size. The auto bending makes sure that the spacer is bent most accurately without any involvement of human. The auto desiccant filling/sealing machine makes sure that the desiccant is filled and sealed properly.
